Discretionary sovereign decision granted via a Naturalization Letter. Available after 5 years as Resident (2 years if married to Colombian, with Colombian children, or Spanish national).
Requirements
- Copy of Resident visa.
- Continuous residence per case.
- Memorial to the Ministry with personal data and grounds.
- Active cédula and passport.
- Apostilled/translated birth certificate.
- Employment activity proof (work cert, RUT, Chamber of Commerce).
- If economically dependent: declaration + supporting documents.
- ID photo 4x5 white background JPG.
- If finished studies in Colombia: degree certificate.
