Requirements
- Public deed, court ruling or conciliation record (within last 3 months).
- If filed abroad, equivalent document from country of origin.
- Partner's signed cohabitation letter + ID.
- Notarized power of attorney.
- Migration movements certificate.
- Discretionary additional documents.
