Reissuance procedure (passport loss/change, typos, employer name change, activity additions). R visa holders must transfer every 5 years. Does not extend validity but is mandatory.
Requirements
- General visa requirements.
- Copy of visa and cédula.
- Migration movements certificate.
- Proof original conditions remain (except R).
- Letter explaining the reason.
- If R visa expired: salvoconducto required.
- Discretionary additional documents.
