For foreigners under labor contract with a Colombian company. Accrues time toward Resident after five years. Work permit is exclusive — changing employer requires a new visa.
Requirements
- Ministry contract summary signed by employer and foreigner.
- Employer motivation letter.
- Employer's last 4-month bank statements (≥ 100 SMMLV monthly).
- Non-regulated professions: apostilled degree or work certifications.
- Regulated professions: Council license.
- Discretionary additional documents.
